Stephany Diaz - The Plump Room

TikTok

The chills. The tears. The full-circle moment.
What started as a vision in a tiny treatment room, built with late nights, intuition, and a refusal to settle, is now lighting up Miami.
This isn’t just about aesthetics.
It’s about alignment, belief, and what happens when you finally step into your power.
To every woman building something from scratch —
keep showing up when no one’s clapping yet.
keep refining when it’s not perfect yet.
keep betting on yourself when it feels risky.
One day, you’ll look up and your vision will be looking right back at you.

Ten pounds lighter. A few sizes smaller. More disciplined. More accomplished. More everything.
My struggle with body dysmorphia started in high school and followed me into my college years.
I went through multiple surgeries chasing the illusion that if I could just fix the outside, the inside would follow.
But no matter how much I changed, I couldn’t fill the emptiness that came from never feeling truly enough.
I sought dopamine in control — in restriction, calorie counting, and burning off every meal through hours of cardio. And when I couldn’t keep up, I’d spiral into guilt and rebellion — weekends of overindulgence, alcohol, and self-sabotage disguised as “living.”
My validation came from being the most overworked, overachieving, “she can handle it all” woman in the room. Stress became my drug of choice — and exhaustion, my badge of honor.
But as I stepped into entrepreneurship and a ton of self work, everything began to shift. I started to see that my worth was never meant to be tied to output, accolades, or approval. And that the most powerful women are not the ones who do it all — they’re the ones who finally let go.
It was in caring for my patients — seeing their transformation not just physically, but emotionally — that I realized beauty isn’t vanity. It’s liberation.

I’m not just an injector. I’m a strategist. Someone who sees your face as a whole, not a catalog of trends to check off.
At The Plump Room, we focus on:
• Facial balancing with filler (subtle, structured, never overdone)
• Neuromodulators for prevention and refinement — not frozen faces
• Advanced skin treatments that actually change texture, not just glow for a day
• Corrective work — dissolving what doesn’t serve you, rebuilding what does
Custom treatment plans based on your bone structure, not what’s trending on Instagram
You’re not walking in for a one-off appointment.
You’re stepping into a plan.
One that honors your features.
One that prioritizes longevity over instant drama.
But what I’m building extends beyond the treatment room.
I’m also mentoring injectors and aesthetic providers who want to raise their standard ; not just in skill, but in discernment, ethics, and vision.
How to properly assess a face.
How to say no when it protects the result.
How to create natural outcomes that hold up years later.
How to build a practice people trust with their faces — and their money.
This industry doesn’t need more volume. It needs more discretion. More providers who understand that less can be more powerful than more.
If you’re a patient, you’ll feel the difference the moment you sit in the chair. If you’re a provider, you’ll recognize the standard imme

For years, I tried to shrink myself into the version of “enough” the world said I should be.

Reintroducing myself and what I’m really building here.
