Because loving him has been the greatest story God has ever written in my life.
We weren’t perfect — far from it.
After our first baby, we fell apart for a season… a whole year of distance, healing, growing, and learning who we were.
But that year didn’t destroy us — it rebuilt us.
It shaped a bond so strong that nothing and no one can penetrate it.
When we said “I do,” we meant it.
And through every obstacle, every storm, every season that tried to break us…
we held on.
We chose each other.
Over and over again.
No matter what roof we’ve lived under, his arms have always felt like home.
He makes me feel safe, loved, supported, and understood in a way no one ever has.
He has built me up into the woman, wife, and mother I am today.
He’s my best friend — the one I look at across the room and instantly burst into laughter with, because we just know what the other is thinking without saying a word.
God made no mistake placing him in my life.
And I’m endlessly grateful for the love we share, for the growth we’ve walked through, and for the family we’re building together.

12 PM - Dishes, bottles, more chaos

At age 20… this man asked me out on a date.
