And my dream version? Learning from a woman who already knows how to handle 80,000 pounds on the open highway. Two of us in the cab, wide open road ahead, her teaching me the gears, me trying not to embarrass myself at the truck stop — that sounds like the beginning of a really great story. Maybe even a great life.

Here's something else you should know about me: I don't burn bridges. Ever. I take pride in doing right by people, no matter what. Life's too short to carry grudges or let someone else's negativity steal your sunshine. I wake up every day choosing to be happy, and that's not something that changes based on circumstances — it's just who I am.
