This is a private one-on-one session:

• Fitness Goal (As a former Olympian)

• Mental Health (As a survivor of trauma and depression). I have hit my true rock bottom and since then I’ve been handling all on my own. I can help you from my true personal experience.

• Woman in Small-Business Startup- I spent 13 years in corporate. Did not have a mentor or coach to teach me how to transform my idea into a reality. It’s all within your power.

As an immigrant and came to the US at 13, one week after we arrived I received the call I never wished I did- my mother had passed away. Being a teenage in a whole new world, culture and language. I had no role model to teach me how to be a woman but it taught me to be a survivor. My strength comes from within and now I’m a fundraising ambassador to Terry Foundation. Thi’s allows many upcoming students with hardships to achieve their education goal like I once did. I’ve been donating since my graduation date 2018 and served on the DFW Alumni Committee.

My life purpose is to make a positive impact to anyone I come across. My pain and trauma ultimately led me to be a better person.

We all have to make a choice at one point and it could be a life-changing one. I am glad that I chose to live my life and follow my passion, while empowering others to do the same. ❤️
