DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE: Why Running Away Isn't Always The Answer

I recently spoke with someone who left their accounts due to a toxic bully, but then found themselves dealing with similar types of toxic people at their new apps. They were considering leaving again in search of a better social environment.

I gave her feedback by using this example:

When a child is bullied, they might try to avoid the bullies by changing their environment. But sometimes, it's important for the child to realize that they have power and can choose not to react in the same way.
