WSM24..where do I start?

We made a plan last year to get this title back, we knew we had to make changes. Myself & Luke stepped up our recovery to a different level thanks to advice from Oli and work with our sport psychologist has helped massively. @deanstm and @atlas.laboratories have also helped me stay at my peak physically💙

Coach Dan and nutritionist Nathan who I have all the trust in and have now added another WSM trophy to their CVs. Both were there by my side through prep and in comp and kept me in top shape from day one💙

Ewan & Tom-our manager and videographer are huge parts of the team that are usually never talked about or get the credit they deserve. Both were out there with us and went over and above to make sure we were focused on performing💙
