The Workout:
1. Incline Hammer Strength Press - 1 Warm Up Set 20+ reps. 4×12 reps
2. Plate Loaded Machine Flies - 4x12
3. Weighted Dips w/65 pounds - 4x12 then drop the weight and go until failure with bodyweight at the end of each set.
