Whether in their hometown or across the world, this sabbatical gives employees the chance to Live a Dream and Give a Dream: building connections, uplifting communities near and far, and creating lasting change.

UTA offices came together for Project Impact 2025! Thanks to our colleagues in Los Angeles, New York, London, Arizona, Illinois, and the 100+ team members who joined virtually, our company-wide volunteer day was a true success. From gardening to food sorting, dog walking to art projects with youth, UTA employees made a meaningful impact in their local communities.🌎
