10I had my brain surgery roughly this time 4 years ago in 2019 for Moyamoya, so Thanksgiving now has given me a new appreciation for the term thankful. I won’t make this a education piece, but I will share with you my appreciation to still be here. In my recovery from brain surgery, I discovered cycling, and through cycling I discovered a therapeutic outlet. Since then I have been trying to find a way to share that with others, to share a sense of freedom, mindfulness, connection, wellbeing and most importantly, for me at-least , mental health. Hence starting @enjoycyclingclub along side my pal @nurse.fergie . We noticed quickly some areas that needed attention, and that was more community engagement, more events, rides and a more inviting atmosphere. The @dialedhealth ThankRide was exactly that. Thanks Derek 🫡

ThankRide x Enjoy 2023
