Wonaji born Ahmed R. McKenzie is a Dancehall/Reggae recording artiste, song writer and performer based in Black River, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Known for his notable talent, insight, creativity, melodious vocal and poetic songs, the young artiste is well on his way to superstardom.
He developed a passion for music at an early age but did not actively pursue it until 2005. His musical path was influenced by gospel artiste cousins Ryan Mark and Goddy Goddy, a father who managed a sound system, and musical icons including Michael Jackson, Buju Banton, Garnet Silk, Luciano, Sizzla Kalonji, Jah Cure, Bounty Killer, Beenie man, General Degree and Beres Hammond.
