Yalisa is a certified yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner and ecstatic dance DJ guiding experiences that blend movement, breath and sound to support deep inner balance and emotional release.

Based in Panama, she offers in-person yoga classes, sound healing journeys and ecstatic dance sessions in Bocas del Toro, alongside online offerings for a global community.

She is also a music producer and musician, creating immersive soundscapes that form the sonic foundation of her sessions and artistic expression.
