I created this practice when I was 17 years young, right before graduating from high school, as my “senior solo” dance performance.
Back then, I didn’t have the language for it that I have now, but I was already in conversation with my future self.
I forgot about it for years!
When it came back to me recently, I knew it wasn’t just a memory, but a doorway… something still useful that wanted to be shared.
So I rebuilt it, gave it language, and shaped it into an offering for my people!
This is a glimpse into that offering… a moving meditation, a Future Self activation, and a return to the part of you that already knows- and has always known- who you’re here to be.
