Later, I started playing on the course, but always with guidance from more experienced players, more for enjoyment than for results.
Yes, over time, I understood the soft skills that golf develops.
That the game depends on our inner state. On some days, you have the best swing and the ball flies, and the next day, you feel like you've never played in your life. There are days when it seems like all your skills have been erased. This happens even to very experienced players.
And it's cool to observe because that's how you develop the skill of managing and switching states, because the state is primary.
I also understood that golf trains focus very strongly.
Of course, when you hit the ball, you aim towards the hole. But very often it doesn't go there. And the main insight for me from my today training was when the coach said that it's important to give a command to the brain. For example, on the green: "I'll get the ball into the hole in two shots." And that's exactly what happened to me in the end of the game.
I always tried to be 'in the flow' and not interfere with

Write a caption... Golf already has been a part of my life several years ago, I used to frequently fly to play on different European golf courses with my former partner. Every time in a new country, I would take lessons with different coaches. For me then, it was more about experiencing a lifestyle, and I didn't have any serious goals for myself.
