２つのボールを使いながらのトレーニングなど選手は普段あまり馴染みのない練習方法に取り組み、新鮮さもあったと感じています🫡

On Day 6, we participated in a session with Ryan Buhain (@2handsbasketball ), a skills coach for numerous NBA players, including recently retired Kemba Walker, who played for the Charlotte Hornets.
The players engaged in unique training methods, such as using two balls simultaneously, finding the experience refreshing and different from their usual practice routines🫡
