Among attendees were @PaganiAutomobili founder Horacio Pagani, developer @RivieraHorizons CEO Mikael Hamaoui, architect Luis Revuela and members of the @FortuneIntl Development Sales team that is handling sales and marketing for the project.
The 30-story, 70-unit waterfront condo tower at 7940 West Drive will have interiors by A++, curated by Pagani Arte. Units will range from two to four bedrooms with two two-story penthouses. Prices range from $2.9 million to over $20 million. The evening included tours of the sales gallery which showcases a model kitchen and bathroom.
The project is 30 percent presold, according to Carmen Casadella, vice president of sales for Fortune. Construction is expected to begin in about a year, said Ashley Spitz Hamaoui, Riviera Horizons’ chief marketing officer.
