For the ones that are new on my page, I am 42 years old, vegan for over 8 years, and I have lived with hypothyroidism since the age of 13 years old.
Going plant based made a huge help with my hormones and thyroid function. I was able to lower my medication, and now as I am in my 40's, I had to make some adjustments with my nutrition to stay lean and keep a good
metabolism.
Many women will experience a change as we go through peri menopause which occurs 5 to 10 years before menopause.
In the few slides I share some important tips that can help you to keep a good metabolism and learn what you need to focus on if you want to preserve bone health, stay in shape, and thrive on a healthy lifestyle.
If you want to learn how to get in shape, I have been coaching women for over 13 years as a nutritionist and a women's fitness coach expert on weight loss, post natal, peri and post menopausal.
