Have you seen the new addition to our East Ohio Street sale? Recently sold by #SVN Three Rivers, 505-507 East Ohio now showcases a spray painted mural of Andy Warhol, by Ashley Hodder (@ashleyhodderart on Instagram). Ashley was introduced to the building owners by SVN Advisor, Nathan Pazsint.

"The Pop District, a transformation of Pittsburgh’s eastern North Shore led by The Andy Warhol Museum, is also documenting the work, which is a great example of how they are currently expanding their mission at the museum, Pazsint said."
