Its easy for people to say " Its all is just in your head...stop overreacting....drop that attitude and try to socialize more....you seem good, you are just doing it for attention....its not that bad...."
But only the person going through this know how it felt...how hard it is and u cant even explain to others...sometimes you are not able to go out bcoz just the thought of it scared you..make ur brain go crazy..your heart beats fast..you begin to feel suffocating...you got extremely nervous and your body automatically shakes...
Its not like you dont want to get out of it but u cant just get out of it...
Anyone can go through this...anyone can face this...there are many people out there dealing with it
