Sunrise time: 10:39 am 🌞 the days get noticeably darker everyday until winter solstice which is December 21. While I do notice a decrease in energy during this time, I actually really enjoy the light. The sunrises/sunsets are so slow and beautiful, the colors last for about an hour. Then once the sun is “up” it’s basically just skimming the horizon all day giving the beautiful golden hour glow. In the summer (especially in the Yukon during peak midnightsun) I don’t really prioritize chasing the sunsets, so my girl math is that seeing it twice a day in the winter kinda makes up for it 🤪
