31But in all seriousness out of 50,000 agents at the largest company in New York City I’m honored to have represented the top transaction of 2023 and the largest GCI off a single deal nationwide, as well as being #4 in NYC
Additionally, of all these awards I am most proud of the word individual. Many agents work with several assistants or small collaborative teams-but still submit their transactions as individual agents. In 2023 I was an ‘Individual’ in the purest sense of this word: No assistant, no team, NO New Development business provided by my firm, no driver. Sometimes- no friends and def no partner .. Not a single client was referred to me. I didn’t meet any clients at any private members clubs. To my come-from-nothing work hard talented inspiring clients: I LOVE you and respect you more than you know. I may have a team now but I’m not going anywhere- you will always have just me. Thank you to them and to my company for these honors. New York till I die. 💙
