1. Your Diet is the most important thing when it comes to build a healthy and aesthetic body. It is nearly impossible to outwork a poor diet.

2. You must consume 1g of protein per pound of LEAN MASS (Bodyweight - Bodyfat%). I eat 140g per day & have been using the hydro whey from @prozis (currently 10%OFF with the code FITNESSFLO+BWEEK)

3. Your program choice will determine your progress so choose wisely. Pull/Push/Leg is a very popular program choice but has a lots of limitations. Make sure to design a program that suits your goals and offers enough volume to each muscle group (especially your weaknesses). DM me if you need coaching with this ✅

4. Calorie intake matters! Calorie intake is key when it comes to reaching your goal. If your goal is to gain muscle mass do a small calorie surplus (200 calories above your maintenance.
If your goal is to lose fat you must do a calorie deficit which means consuming fewer calories than what you body burn daily.

5. Progressive overload is key! If your goal is to build muscle you will have to make your workout more and more challenging over time to force your body to adapt by adding more weight, more reps, more intensity.

6. Rest Matters. Make sure to get enough sleep daily (between 7-9 hours per night).
