@circahouses and @piattsir sure know how to throw a party! Last night we got to tour the historic Alexander King Estate, Baywood, located in Highland Park. The house was built in the 1880s. This is the first time it has been on the market in the last 30 years and it is a true treasure in Pittsburgh’s history.

Step inside an architectural masterpiece! We had the chance to tour this historic Bellevue home designed and built in 1906 by architect Marius Rousseau. Living in an intergenerational home, current owner @sasha_yuriy_artistry explained that his family sees themselves as stewards and want to honor and share Rousseau’s talent with Pittsburgh. Featured House: Pine Township
