4-Week Men’s Breathwork Journey
On November 28th, 15 men gathered for a transformative day-long retreat in the serene hills of Ein Kerem, surrounded by ancient terraces and lush greenery. 🌄 It was an immersive day of healing, connection, and self-discovery—a space to reconnect with inner strength, find peace, and deepen the breathwork practice that has been at the heart of our Hineni community.
From body movement to an ice bath challenge, a nature quest, and incredible meals prepared by a chef 🍴, each element of the retreat was carefully designed to help participants step away from daily chaos and into a sacred space of reflection and growth.
This retreat was an extension of our monthly men’s breathwork workshops, offering a deeper opportunity to explore vulnerability, honesty, and connection within a supportive brotherhood. ✨
The retreat was co-facilitated by @levisaada (Founder of Hineni) and Moish Feiglin of @echohealingisrael, with support from @gurabeles, an inspiring facilitator and guide, and @itamarzakai, whose music wove seamlessly into our journey. 🎶 We ended the day in the warmth of a bonfire, joined by Yashar Bar-Rashi, who shared his songs and wisdom about the land. 🔥
