My most requested recipe, so I made these copycat Levain Bakery cookies for you all in my Kmix 😀 These are actually my absolute favourite and they are so quick and easy to make.

Recipe:
125g unsalted butter
100g light brown sugar
75g of caster sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla essence
300g plain flour
1 1/2 baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
300g of chocolate

Method:
Mix the butter and sugars together
Add the egg & vanilla essence
Add the flour, baking powder & bicarbonate of soda
Chop the chocolate
Freeze for 20 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven on 180’c for 13 minutes
