Another successful chef series collab! A delicious & carefully crafted 15 course menu highlighting chef favorites from 2 of my favorite spots @misscrispyrice & @tam.tam.mia . Here’s a description of each course in order:
1. Tam Tam Classics: Fish sauce caramelized chicken wing, lotus root salad, house made crab cracker
2. Crudo duo: Kanpachi & Japanese scallops with sweet shrimp
3. Grill squid
4. Chicken liver mousse with sourdough
5. Ishidai (stripped break fish)
6. Azukihata (Japanese grouper)
7. Amadai (horsehead tilefish)
8. A5 with Uni
9. Roasted squash crispy rice
10. Otoro crispy rice
11. Hand roll
12. Lamb situation hand roll
13. Steamed fish (red snapper)
14. Pho consume
15. Miso poached pear with coconut ice cream
