Posting a still to slow things down a bit. Even on our feeds these days everything is moving with music. So I thought I would go back to how it was and see how it goes down. I have had so many opportunities recently to get glammed up, I am really enjoying trying new things with my eye make up and have even been investigating the @victoriabeckhambeauty range. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Never a truer word was said. Eyesight definitely on the decline, bullshit radar not! Honesty is the best policy every time, as long as we remember to be kind.

So here it is the final episode in the us first open and honest discussion. Don’t mistake freedom for loneliness. You now have the time to fill you days as you see fit. Your family are still there but they are busy living life so why aren’t you. Also let’s change the way we see the word empty. On its own it’s sounds rather sad, let’s think fun, busy but with a nest still here whenever they come home.
