Let’s talk abt it 🎀 I want to say I was only at Poulet Bleu once or twice before they closed for a few years but absolutely loved it and was waiting so patient for the reopening!! I remembered the French onion, steak frites, and chocolate soufflé were the MUSTS!!!

We had:
• the scallop on the app menu - yes, one large scallop!! Definitely good 🤠
• the French onion - still slaying 🧅
• the lyonnaise salad for the greens, you know how it goes with balance 😉
• steak frites - both the filet and strip were ordered by @hungryhuffs and I 🥩 fries also incred 🍟
• @cocktailswithcait got the lobster spaghetti and LOVED 🥰
• chocolate soufflé - you neeeeeed🍫 i always ask when we order drinks because I thought they needed extra time to make that but I can’t confirm if that’s still necessary lol but we always go the safe route when it comes to dessert
