Been a privilege to go on this journey with you all. Inspiring to the say the very least. Nobody saw the tireless work it took to get Marlon and Tyriq here but they have obviously arrived. Through this physical and spiritual journey the found themselves fully and really became HIM! I am so proud of these two I canāt even put it into words. Not only did they do what they set out to do be we formed a brotherhood that will last a lifetime. To the crew and all of the front office @monkeypawproductions thanks for the opportunity and you all absolutely killed it! I will be routing for you all in the coming weeks at the box office! šļø šæ

Honestly, one of the best holistic experiences Iāve ever had. Thank u @q24training and F@** you all at the same time.

Thatās not the limiter.
At Q24, we use deep tissue and trigger point methods to improve vertical jump because force expression depends on nerve clarity, blood flow, and tissue glideānot just muscle output.
Hereās what the video breaks down and why it works:
1ļøā£Foot Decompression (Plantar + Intrinsics)
Trigger point work through the plantar fascia and intrinsic foot muscles restores sensory input to the nervous system.
This improves ground contact awareness, reduces neural compression, and allows force to transfer cleanly from the ground up.
A pliable foot equals faster loading and better elastic recoil.
2ļøā£Calf Complex Release (Soleus & Gastrocnemius)
The calves are the lower bodyās circulatory engine.
Deep tissue work here improves blood circulation, reduces tone that compresses tibial and sural nerves, and restores fascial glide.
When the calf can lengthen and recoil efficiently, athletes jump fasterānot just higher.
3ļøā£Anterior Tibialis Reset (Dorsiflexion Control)
Chronic stiffness in the anterior tib often restricts ankle mechanics and alters firing patterns.
Targeted trigger point work decompresses neural pathways, improves dorsiflexion control, and restores timing between braking and propulsion phases of a jump.
The result:
⢠Less neural inhibition
⢠Better blood flow
⢠Cleaner fascial glide
⢠Faster force transmission
⢠More repeatable vertical
