Black Lion, led by visionary @robert_rivani, has acquired ‘The Lincoln’ in Miami Beach for $62.5 million, with an additional $50 million investment to transform the property into ‘The Rivani’ - a luxury, amenity-rich space designed to redefine work environments.

Robert Rivani sees a gap in the market where office spaces lag behind the luxury experiences offered in residential and hospitality sectors. “This initiative isn’t just about revolutionizing the office space; it’s about creating a whole new experience for the office environment,” Shares Rivani. “By introducing the first ever ‘Class X’ sector we’re contributing to the legacy of Miami Beach by adding to the constant evolution of creativity and innovation.”

His ‘Class X’ concept aims to create desirable workplaces, blending convenience, luxury, and top-notch services. Collaborating with Rockwell Group, ‘The Rivani’ promises a 5-star hotel-like experience, featuring amenities like a concierge, spa, fitness center, cafe, and private event spaces.

‘The Rivani’ boasts 118,658 square feet of office space, with Black Lion occupying 5,000 square feet for its headquarters. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-2025.
