Rustiko, although quite new, has gained a reputation for its exquisite flavors, aromas and ambiance that makes for an unforgettable experience. The elegant tiled floors, vines hanging along the walls, and wood grain finishes enhance the feeling as though you’ve hopped on a plane to Italy.
True to the Italian region, you’ll find a variety of pastas and pizzas done to perfection on the menu. While you’re there, be sure to try some of the creatively inspired dishes that take familiar ingredients to new heights such as the Quinotto, which is creamy quinoa with mixed mushrooms seasoned with truffle oil, Pumpkin Ravioli; homemade pasta in a creamy smoked cheese sauce with pine nuts and a touch of cinnamon, Beet Gnocchi with creamy goat cheese, and Tequenos; flaky dough with ooey gooey cheese served with a guava sauce for dipping, just to name a few.
