In this space, the task is neither too easy nor overwhelming.
In this space, you are most often in a state of flow… where gains come most easily.
This is where we want to be.
You won’t figure out how to put yourself in “the zone “ without a routine. A DAILY routine.
Start with small daily exercises you can build on… or even better… start with a small daily cardio practice. A hike or a walk or a sprint…. Whatever makes sense for your current ability.
There is nothing that will help you figure out where your personal zone of proximal development is than CONSISTENCY. With some small daily practice you can frequently build on/subtract from, you will quickly figure out the right dosage.
Try the fitness dailies or go for a run everyday. Have the simple parameters in your mind of:
-Not too bad
-Not too easy

Many of you know what it was like…
But like many of you made it in…
Perhaps just a little early… a little younger…thank God.
If you’re still out there…
If you are still hooked on the wrong stuff…
And you think you might have a problem…
I implore you to take care of it.
The number one thing I hear in recovery is from guys who are older than me saying something to the effect of “damn dude, I wish I did it earlier.”
Don’t wait.
Soberity is based on the principe of attraction, not promotion. You need to want it yourself. We are not out here recruiting.
That being said… it’s common knowledge in recovery: if you’ve ever thought your might have a problem… you probably do.
Normal people don’t have thoughts like “I should drinking so much…” they just DO.
Channel that addictive personality into something productive. Before it’s too late you CAN use your obsessive tendencies to be successful. It doesn’t have to lead to your destruction. BUT… the time is ticking
It’s no use denying it.
It’s not helpful to say “when you’re ready you’re ready…” or else I’d say be saying THAT.
Instead I am saying this; sooner is better than later.
Sooner=success in business, health and relationships while you are still young and viral
Later =ok, yeah you are sober. But you’ve wasted a LOT of time.
It’s true that: it’s better late than never….But it’s always better early

The two best Guinea Pigs to try our new #tongkatali don’t exis…
