After Antarctica, we ventured on a five-hour hike to Lake Esmeralda in a storm. Most would shy away from the mud (and many did), but the reward was the perfect configuration of people and providence: The panoramic vista of turquoise waters and towering peaks was stunning — but the real reward was sharing this moment with @kedarshashi , @deerjade_ , and @matiasgustavodestefano .

For Matías, this was more than a hike. It was the culmination of his journey to re-grid the planet — a mission that took him to 52+ countries, reconnecting Earth’s energy lines. For me, it was a moment of reflection after holding ceremony in Antarctica... a dream so unfathomable that only the imagineers of @insiderexpeditions could envision such an auspicious act.

Some journeys are about the destination. This one was about the people and purpose we found along the way. 🌍✨
