Team & Roles for Triple Five Group: Dana Weiss is the Owner, Maya Oren a Manager on the whole business, Avi Rosen an Admin, Jonah Pratt a Manager on Mall of America, Lena Costa a Manager on American Dream and Theo Grant a Manager on West Edmonton Mall. Owner

HQ

Holds the account and its plan.

  • Invites admins and managers
  • Sets each person's role, pages and publishing rights
  • Turns on inbox and DM automation access per person
  • Approves posts and sets ad spend limits

Admin

HQ

Runs the team day to day at head office.

  • Invites, revokes and removes managers
  • Connects each location's social accounts
  • Approves posts when assigned as an approver
  • Sees every page in the business

Manager

Local manager

Works on the pages they are given.

  • The whole business, or only specific pages
  • Drafts and schedules posts, sent for approval when it is on
  • Answers customers once the owner turns on their inbox

Who approves

When approval is on, one owner or assigned admin must approve a post before it can publish. The owner can let a trusted teammate publish without approval, account by account.

Removing access

The owner can remove anyone from the business, an admin can remove managers, and either can revoke an invitation before it is accepted. The person loses the business's pages and sees that they are no longer part of it. There is no shared password to change.

Questions

What enterprise teams ask first

Price, single sign on, your data and how the rollout works. Anything else, ask us on the call.

Book a demo

How is Enterprise priced?

Enterprise is every Linkme Business product on every page you run, plus the Linkme team that sets it up with you. It is priced for your organization. Book a demo and we will put together a quote.

How does my team sign in?

Each teammate signs in with their own Linkme login, so nobody shares a password. The owner controls who can work on which pages.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Each page's contacts export as a CSV, with every contact's source and status, and the By page report saves as a PDF.

Who is Linkme Enterprise for?

Organizations that run more than one brand, venue or location: mall and property groups, sports teams, franchises, restaurant and nightlife groups, and global events. Each one keeps its own Linkme page and the group runs them from one account.

Can every location keep its own page?

Yes. Every brand, venue or location can have its own Linkme page with its own link, links and look. Pure Green, for example, runs a brand page at link.me/puregreen and location pages such as link.me/puregreen_hoboken.

Which networks does Post to All cover?

Seven on the web: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn. One upload goes to all of them, with one caption for every network or a caption of its own for each.

How do sales pay out?

Through Stripe, straight to your bank. Platform fees are tiered by plan, plus Stripe's fee, and every page's sales show in Sales.

Is there a report by page?

Yes. The By page report puts every page's views, clicks, leads and posts side by side for the month you pick and saves it as a PDF. Every page also has its own analytics: profile views, link clicks, engagement rate, real time activity, traffic sources and places.

What roles can teammates have?

Owner, Admin and Manager. The owner holds the account, invites admins and managers and decides who can publish without approval and who can use the inbox. An admin invites and removes managers, connects social accounts and can approve posts. A manager works on the whole business or only the pages you choose.

Who sets everything up?

The Linkme team, with you. After a demo we map every page you need with you, set the pages up, help connect your social accounts and invite your teammates with the right roles. The pace and the steps are scoped on the call.

How do large brands manage many social media pages?

On Linkme, every brand, venue and location keeps its own page and link, and the group runs all of them from one account with roles for each teammate. Mall of America and American Dream, both run by Triple Five Group, each keep a page of their own.

Bring every page under one login.

Book a demo and the Linkme team will map your brands, locations and teams with you and put together a quote.
