Good to know.

What to have ready for Social inbox setup, what you see after, and the fixes for the problems people hit.

Before you start

  • Instagram and Facebook connected in Connected accounts.
  • The business owner, to turn the inbox on.

What you will see after

  • Comments and DMs arrive in one list, each with its source.
  • Finished conversations move to Resolved, so the open list stays short.

If something goes wrong

A teammate cannot see any conversations.
Turn on Social Inbox for them in Team. It lets them read and reply on their pages.
Messages from one account stopped arriving.
Open Connected accounts and tap Reconnect, or Check status to see what is wrong.
You cannot turn the inbox on.
Only the owner can enable it. Everyone else sees a link to ask the owner.
