Give each person on your team the right access.
Add managers and admins to your business on Linkme from Settings. Managers work on the pages you assign them, and their posts need approval. Admins invite managers, approve posts and edit the business.

How to invite your team
Give each person on your team the right access.

Open Settings, then Team. Members shows who has joined, and Invitations shows who has not yet.

Click Invite people and type each email address, like name@example.com.

Pick a role. A Manager works on assigned pages, and their posts need approval. An Admin invites managers, approves posts and edits the business.

Add a note if you like, or let Write with Link draft one.

Click Send invitation. Each person gets an email with a link to join.

Click a member and use Permissions to turn on Social Inbox, DM Automations or Publish without approval for that person.

Before you start
- The email address of each person you want to add.
- Which pages each manager should work on.

What you will see after
- Each person shows in Invitations until they join, then in Members.
- Managers see the pages assigned to them, and their posts wait for approval.
If something goes wrong
- The invite says Already invited.
- Resend it from Invitations.
- You cannot pick the Admin role.
- Only the owner can invite admins.
- You see Team changes need an active business plan.
- Invites and role changes need an active business plan. Ask the business owner to check the plan.
- A manager cannot see a page.
- Managers work only on the pages assigned to them. Check their access in Team.
